All entries submitted will receive the XoXo Publishing™ a div of Ninni Group Inc. Writing Contest Certificate of Participation; All winning entries will also receive The XoXo Publishing™ a div of Ninni Group Inc. Writing Contest Crystal Award which can be displayed next to your published books at home.
Rules and Regulations
These rules govern XoXo Publishing™ a div of Ninni Group Inc. There are no entry fees to submit your original never published before Holiday Stories.
Upon entering, the Contest constitutes acceptance of the contest rules and the decisions of the final public votes and Contest judges’ votes.
Eligibility
The contest is open to adults 18 years and older. Exceptions include the organizer’s employees, affiliates, advertising or promotional agents, sponsors, and their immediately families. Entries not meeting the prescribed standard below are disqualified.
Entries
• All stories must have a summer theme, sensual and romantic but not highly erotic.
• To be published in our first annual Summer Love Sensation Anthology
• Contestant will post their entries on the contest's message board (link is at the bottom of this page). Once the contents have been uploaded, select the “submit” icon and your entry will be entered.
• The Contest starts at noon, Ontario time, On Friday February 20, 2010 and ends at midnight Saturday April 10, 2010.
Staff member of the organizing team will choose the winners.
The winners, we will announce online approximately two weeks after the conclusion of the submission period. The winners will be notified via email and their names posted online. All prizes will be mailed out to the winners via Canada Post or a courier service.
Contest Rules
Contestants consent to the publication of the contents submitted, along with the prescribed personal information. If a contestant is selected as a winner, his or her name, along with their photograph and other promotional information, will be published and used by the organizer accordingly.
Winners must submit a valid shipping address and a telephone number where they can be reached for the purposes of confirming their identities in order to receive prizes.
Prior to receiving the prize, the winners are required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release, releasing the organizer and the sponsors alike from all liabilities while confirming his or her compliance with the rules and consenting to the use and publication of his or her name and photograph by the organizer and its assigns without further compensation.
This contest is conducted according to the privacy policy of XoXo Publishing™, a division of Ninni Group Inc.
Submission Guidelines
Submissions must contain elements of Romance and take place during the summer holiday.
We welcome any type of genres and subgenres paranormal, sensual, erotica, angels, spiritual, western, contemporary, historical, Native American, Canadiana(TM), Americana, mystery, suspense and other genres.
All stories must have a summer theme, sensual and romantic but not highly erotic.
All submissions must follow publication-ready standards prior to posting, not exceeding 1,111 words.
All Submissions must contain title, full name, pen name if any, e-mail address, word count of the content submitted, and the genre. If this information is missing you will be given a chance to correct it. If not you will be disqualified. We had entries in the past without a person’s name or contact information.
Contestant may submit up to six stories not exceeding 6 submissions in total.
Stories must be double spaced, Arial 12 pts, completely error free of grammar, Sentence structures and other pertaining grammatical errors, and submitted in MS .doc file only.
All submissions must be original, never published, and not under consideration for any other active contests, prizes, sweepstakes, games and alike at the time of entry.
Plagiarized and derivative works will be disqualified.
Submissions must contain elements of sensuality and romance.
Submissions containing the following contents will be disqualified:
• Bestiality
• Golden shower
• Rape or sexual assault
• Excessive violence
• Degrading or dehumanizing materials as determined by the organizer
The organizer may preclude any person from entering the contest at its sole discretion.
The decisions are final. The contest is governed by the laws of Ontario.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the contest at any time or to modify the rules herein without notice.
All prizes are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash.
The organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize in whole or in part with another equal or greater in value.
All prizes are awarded on an “AS-IS” basis. The organizer makes no representations or warranties of the prizes beyond the standard manufacturer’s warranty. The contest is open to everyone worldwide over the age of 18 yrs and over.
